Also, if there's an event of inclement weather , the event can be rescheduled based on Kenya's availiability. If the signee cancels 21 days before the event 50% of the total amount is due/ 14 days before 100% is due. All terms and conditions of the above contract shall be non-negotiable. No Personal Checks !!!> Cash, Money Orders Only the Day of the Show before Showtime. No Balloon Sculptures shall be given to infants or small children under 3 years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS! No Face Painting shall be provided to Guest who are sick or with Ezcema, or Irritated Skin conditions to include Heat,Sores,Rashes,Conjunctivitis, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS! All Deposits must be recieved 3 days after your telephone reservation to complete your Booking. Your Event will not be officially Booked or confirm until the Deposit is received. Once the Deposit is received you will be notified by email with a confirmation number or via Telephone. There must be a Full signed contract before services can be rendered on site. A Travel fee of $15/$20/$25 fee or more will apply to All contracts within the Tidewater Area, Additional Travel Fees may apply for NC residents & beyond.* A Complete Contract will be faxed, email or mail to you upon receipt of this sheet plus your deposit.* Please inform Ms. Kenya if the there is any Special Needs children so that provision can be made.
